WELCOME to meditation on Sundays!
No matter whether it is your first meditation or you have done meditation before, this is an open space for everyone and you can sit as long as you like, for just 5 minutes or the whole time. Come & go as you please! You can also just lie down, relax, and enjoy the stillness.
It's free & booking is not required - just show up 😊
